During his early years, Sam Soni cultivated a passion for drawing by hand. When it came time to choose a career path, Austin’s exceptional art program – along with the area’s rich opportunities for artists and designers – made it an obvious choice.

After earning his AA degree in Illustration & Art, Sam Soni noticed the industry was shifting toward digital tools. Though he hadn’t previously focused on design software, he embraced the challenge, moving his creative work almost exclusively into programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Firefly. Recently, he’s been exploring AI-driven design. His dedication to developing these new skills has paid off, with clients recognizing his unique creative talent. Sam has developed several successful campaigns for social media clients and is starting to venture into NFT’s and greeting card designs (look for him soon on Etsy).

Art and design have always been Sam’s greatest sources of inspiration, and he brings these influences into every aspect of his illustrations and designs. He enjoys the freedom of expression in his art and cherishes time with family and friends.

When he is not working on his Sam Soni Design and Art channels, he is also an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and local animal rescue events helping Texas dogs and cats find their forever homes.
